Our Stories Through Art (OSTA) is a cultural placemaking initiative that transforms our community stories into public art. Through murals, installations, storytelling events, and an interactive Art Tour, the OSTA Project honors Talent’s diverse histories while revitalizing our local economy and creating spaces where heritage, creativity, and community meet. As a project collaborator, De La Raíz interviewed 10 community members, capturing and sharing their personal stories through video to preserve local voices, celebrate the community’s rich cultural heritage, and ensure these stories remain an integral part of Talent’s identity.
